What Voids Your Warranty?

Your coverage will be cancelled if:

Serial / hologram / QR warranty labels are damaged, removed, or tampered with

Device is damaged by power surge or non-standard chargers/adapters

Any unauthorized repair, rooting, or hardware modification has been done

There is clear physical damage (impact, bending, cracks, liquid, etc.)

The product is used in industrial or non-standard conditions outside its design

Before Requesting Service

We need the device intact, the invoice correct, and your data safe. You’re responsible for backups and inbound shipping; we handle the technical work and send it back to you once the process is complete.

Check the device’s physical condition at purchase and report any issue immediately

Back up all your data; service may require reset or part replacement

Official invoice + matching serial number are mandatory for service
